

At Creekside, we stand behind our products. We put our products through rigorous tests to ensure that the product you trust is built to the highest standards. If you discover a problem, we'll be happy to see that it is fixed (or replaced if we decide that would be best).
We do not issue refunds, we only exchange for wrong products and manufacturer's defects.
For Wrong Product - If you get the wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange only. We will arrange for you to return the wrong product at our expense and ship you the correct product.
30 Days Wrong Product Exchange Guideline
All return items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You have 30 days from the day you received your product to file for a return with the guidelines below. You can request a RA number by contacting us at 626-280-0843 with the following information:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your billing address
- Your e-mail address
- Your original order number
- Reasons for returning the item
Note: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. All return products must include a copy of your proof of purchase and your RA number.
Please note, all returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Are in the original packaging
- Are not damaged by the customer
- Do not have missing parts
- Must be in new, resalable condition
For Defective Product - All Creekside products come with a manufacturer's defect warranty. Warranty duration is 90 days from the date of purchase. If you find the product to be defective within 90 days of purchase, please contact us for a replacement only. We reserve the right to determine if the problem is covered by our warranty. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted.
Note: Incidental or consequential losses are excluded. Creekside's Cargo Management System is tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but is not indestructible and can be damaged by misuse. Our warranty (just like other warranties worldwide) cannot cover wear and tear or abusive treatment. Please note that Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
Return Shipment Details:
Product cannot be returned for the following reasons:
- Incompatibility Issue - Buyer is responsible for making sure the purchased product is compatible with his or her vehicle. We have provided product information (such as dimensions) on our website to help you make the right purchase decision. If you have questions about compatibility, you should contact us directly.
- Buyer doesn't like the look of the product or no longer need the product.
- Has been used, damaged, etc.
Any refused shipment sent back to Creekside Products does not constitute the right to exchange or replacement. The customer will have to make arrangements with Creekside Products to receive the refused shipment again. Product return or exchange will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines.
Product returned without adhere to the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and may result in additional shipping/handling charge on the customer.
